Isa Cultural Centre (ICC) members raised their warmest congratulations and blessings to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Monarch of Bahrain, and to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and to the people of Bahrain, on the annual anniversary of voting on the National Action Charter.
The Centre emphasized that the Charter represented a historic phase in Bahrain, became the base for all development and prosperity efforts witnessed by the Kingdom, in which loyalty to the leadership is renewed. The charter also reflected the cultural dimension and the historical personality of Bahrain.
On its hands, ICC's mission came to translate the spirit of the Charter and the reform project, through spreading Bahraini culture at the local and global levels, providing distinct and effective cultural services to all segments of society, and to open up to the world's cultures.
