Designed in an amphitheater style, in the ground floor, with a large lobby attached, and a registration area, as well as a large multi-use outdoor terrace suitable for lunch and dinner ceremonies. The hall is preferably one of the most active halls of ICC, it hosts around 25 activities annually.

It is one of the preferred halls for renting by various institutions. It usually used for Mass lectures, seminars, forums and public gatherings, and visual and performing arts.
