The National Library at Isa Cultural Centre (ICC) reopens from 7:00am to 6:00pm, every day except Fridays and Saturdays.

Readers and researchers will be able to use all facilities and services such as books borrowing or reading, accessing knowledge databases, use of studyrooms, and providing support and assistance to researchers.

The Children Library is excluded from this new timing and will remain closed for improvements.
